Lunch stop at Will Rodgers State Beach

Collecting my luggage at the end of the ride at the Los Angeles City Hall

All of the 11 years I’ve ridden, Chicken Lady lays an egg on each (2,500)
cyclist’s saddle the morning of Day 7. Inside my egg this year’s note reads
“Strength does not come from physical activity alone.
It also comes from our extraordinary capacity to help others.”
